is a well established digitizing house, servicing many Victorian embroidery businesses over the past six years.

Quality:
At Planet Embroidery quality matters!
1) We always run off an embroidered sample for all the logo designs that we set up for you. (Available on your request.)
    (This means no nasty surprises in the sew out and ensures a high quality embroidered result that will look great on your garments.)

2) In the event that you are not 100% happy with your design we will gladly make any amendments that you require to ensure that your logo is up to scratch, all free of charge.

3) We are always ready and willing to make suggestions and/or adjustments to your company logo to ensure that you are aware of your options in regard to how best to transform your logo into the best possible embroidered outcome.
 
4) Unless specifically requested to do otherwize we always digitize your design to the best of our capabilities. That means we will as a matter of course use all means available to achieve the best possible result. Techniques such as, (for example): satin boardering around fill areas & overlayed satin texturing on fills to show feature definitions ETC... are a matter of course.

5) At Planet Embroidery we also use almost exclusively our own custom digitized Embroidery Fonts.

File Formats:
Artwork:
We accept most common graphics formats as embroidery artwork:
Most of the raster formats are ok I.E.: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .bmp.... But please ensure that the quality is sufficient.
Low resolution scans, faxes and graphics from web sites can be a bit problematic.
We can also accept artwork in corel draw or illustrator formats.

Embroidery:
We can output your finished embroidery file as almost any machine format file that is supported by our Wilcom Embroidery Software.
The standard procedure here being to also send through a plot sheet printed as an acrobat .pdf file.
And we can also provide the Wilcom .emb file for those who also have access to Wilcom Software.

Pricing:
Our price structure for digitizing is very competitive and we do not charge by a strict stitch baced formula.
Instead our fees are baced on the difficulty involved and the vast majority of our set-ups are at or below $55 AU.
